LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Living Grace Homes, a nonprofit organization, reported that someone stole an RV trailer from its Henderson facility on Thursday night.
Living Grace provides assistance and shelter to homeless mothers, mothers-to-be, and mothers with babies who have no place to go. The organization was recently given a 21-foot camper valued at approximately $20,000.
Living Grace had already begun selling raffle tickets to raise funds when misfortune struck.
“We had just started the raffle about ten days ago, and had sold a little over a hundred tickets, and I arrived at the office this morning, and the camper was missing,” said Kathleen Miller, Living Grace Homes Executive Director.
Living Grace hoped to raise $100,000 through the raffle. They have filed a police report and remain hopeful that the RV will be found.
