LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Sunday, FOX5 learned about an outage that left some MGM properties in the dark.

Service has been restored, but some people had to wait before that happened.

FOX5 talked with a few people in line waiting to check in last night. Some say they were waiting for three hours. This issue also happened a few weeks ago.

As Las Vegas visitors and residents may remember, a cybersecurity incident forced an even bigger shutdown last September.

Just past 10 p.m. last night, an executive with MGM told FOX5 all systems were running normally at that moment.

Officials call the holdup a “brief internal issue.”
