LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5)—Area15 will now be known as the ‘Vegas Immersive District.’
The redevelopment agency expects this new entertainment district to welcome more than 3.5 million visitors annually and create more than 4,000 jobs.
The expansion will add more than 500 apartments, 200 hotel rooms, and will offer retail and office spaces to the district.
35.5 acres near AREA15 will officially be called the Vegas Immersive District, a new entertainment district that will include housing, businesses, new immersive experiences and much more.
It will include:
