LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 obtained a 30-page arrest report for a burglary suspect that busts through walls and uses a saw on small businesses.
It details the locations of the crime spree.
Dozens of documents from police reports, an arrest report and court records name Shawn Morrow as the suspect in at least seven burglaries and one he attempted.
FOX5 previously reported how he sawed through a wall of a t-shirt store and targeted a audio and DJ equipment studio.
FOX5 also obtained video of another crime where Morrow is the suspect: Burglars busted through the wall of a podcast studio.
The arrest report says Morrow was captured off Pecos Road, police said, while trying to cut open an electrical box outside a discount outlet. Officers said they believed he was trying to bust inside.
Police said they recovered a sledgehammer, crow bar and saw inside his stolen vehicle.
As part of a guilty plea agreement, Morrow will face sentencing for a business burglary count and auto theft. He could face time behind bars between two to five years. He faces another sentence of 12 months to 30 months, and it’s up to the court whether he serves the sentences concurrently.
According to court documents, Morrow will pay restitution to businesses in all the cases, including ones with charges dismissed as part of the plea deal.
Morrow will be sentenced Jan. 6.
