LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A collaboration between Disney and Formula 1 will include a Mickey Mouse-hosted show in front of the Bellagio fountains in November, officials said Tuesday.
According to a release, “maestro Mickey Mouse” will be part of the performance from Disney Live Entertainment in front of the Bellagio fountains, alongside Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto. The show will include music and pyrotechnics, officials said.
“We are thrilled to be uniting sports, pop culture and entertainment in a way that delivers an unforgettable experience for both Mickey and Friends and F1 fans globally,” said Tasia Filippatos, president of Disney Consumer Products.
In addition, the Disneyland Band will perform the national anthem, and Mickey and Minnie will be part of a “community day aimed at inspiring local kids in Las Vegas,” the release said.
The campaign, dubbed “Fuel the Magic,” is set to kick off race day festivities and will continue through 2026 and 2027. There is also a merchandise line pairing Disney brands with Formula 1, which will be available on-site for the race.
