LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A 62-year-old bicyclist died after a crash late Friday night in northwest Las Vegas.
Las Vegas Metro Police said the crash happened at 11:39 p.m. at North Jones and Carmen boulevards near Vegas Drive. It involved two vehicles and the bicyclist.
Police said the 62-year-old man rode northbound on Jones in the right travel lane, north of Carmen Boulevard. At the same time, the driver of a Toyota RAV4, drove behind the cyclist.

The driver of the RAV4 was identified as a 23-year-old woman. The driver of the Honda Civic was a 21-year-old woman with a passenger.
“The rider’s death marks the 49th traffic-related fatality in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s jurisdiction for 2025,” police said. “The collision remains under investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Collision Investigation Section.”
