LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas has long been known for celebrity weddings, and on this day in history, the city witnessed the nuptials of a bona fide movie star.
On October 24, 1957, actor Bing Crosby married entertainment columnist Kathryn Grant at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Crosby had been widowed two years earlier and had three children from his first marriage.

He and Grant would go on to have three children of their own. They remained married until his death at the age of 74 on a golf course in Spain.
