CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – A Carson City judge is now asking for written arguments before she makes a ruling on the constitutionality of funding for a new ballpark in Las Vegas.
The two sides have five days left to submit their written argument.
The heart of the issue is funding for the new stadium, which includes a mix of public funding and private financing.
The updated lease draft between the As and the Las Vegas stadium authority will be released on Thursday.
