LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County coroner revealed the cause of death for family members who died in a tragic southwest Las Vegas fire.

The fire happened at a three-story home last year on Langhorne Creek Street, near Windmill and Jones.

The Clark County coroner identified the four as: 48-year-old Ibrahim Adem, 43-year-old Abdusalem Adem, 7-year-old Anaya Adem and 6-year-old Aaliyah Adem.

The coroner says they died from carbon monoxide toxicity. The manner of death was ruled as an accident.

Firefighters said that a mother and and child jumped from a third-floor and were treated at UMC for their injuries.

Earlier this month, the Clark County Fire Department shared its report on the house fire.

The report says there was no indication that the fire was intentionally set. The cause of the fire is “undetermined,” but officials say there was a glow in the front yard after someone was seen with a cigarette outside.
