LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County School District is offering telehealth care through a partnership with Hazel Health.
Hazel Health uses virtual visits through a tablet, desktop or other smart device. According to its website, the partnership will come at no cost for CCSD families.
To start receiving care, a one-time consent form is required for each student. The student’s brief medical history, insurance, and contact information are also needed.
Hazel Health says teletherapy for CCSD families is available during school time and at home from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
