CCSD honors top-performing schools at superintendent ceremony

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Clark County School District’s top-performing schools were honored Thursday.

CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert welcomed 91 schools to the Superintendent’s Honor Roll. Honorees included schools that earned a five-star ranking on the 2024–2025 Nevada School Performance Framework, increased their rating by two or more stars, or improved their adjusted index scores by 20 or more points.

“We always lift up communities when we talk about sports. Why wouldn’t we do it with academics? And they have worked so hard with students, with families, the teachers coming in, doing their professional development,” Ebert said.

Each principal received a certificate of achievement and a commemorative pin. Principals from schools with five-star rankings also received a banner to display at their school.
