LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Clark County School District Police Department arrested a substitute teacher on Thursday, officials said.
Police identified the suspect as 44-year-old Kimberly Ortega, who was booked into the City of Las Vegas Jail on a charge related to obstruction of an investigation.
CCSDPD said the arrest stems from an investigation that began on Thursday, April 2 at Dr. Charles I. West Preparatory Academy following a verbal altercation. Police believe impairment may also have contributed to the incident.
