LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The City of Henderson along with community partners are giving away 100 trees to residents in the Pittman neighborhood.
It’s for a special Arbor Day event, according to a media release from the city.
Trees and planting soil will be given to the first 100 Pittman residents to attend the education session.
The event is set for Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Wells Park.
