LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas city council has approved the sale of the Cashman Center site.
During Wednesday’s council meeting, the more than 50-acre site was officially sold to Lennar, or Greystone Nevada, LLC, for $36,150,000. This was the city’s second attempt to auction the site after previously receiving no bids.
The city council voted unanimously to approve the sale of the former home for the Las Vegas Lights FC.
