LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police said the investigation into a road rage shooting on the Strip was sent to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.
LVMPD confirmed with FOX5 that the case will be reviewed for self-defense.
Police said that a 50-year-old man was fatally shot in front of the Palazzo Monday afternoon.
The victim walked up to the suspect’s vehicle and banged on the driver’s side glass. Metro said the driver was a woman in her 20s.
Police believe this is when the shooting occurred. The driver would flee the scene in a Subaru WRX.
Metro’s Fusion Watch Command found her at Washington and Torrey Pines. The woman turned herself in and is now in custody.
