LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Clark County District Court grand jury has indicted Duane “Keffe D” Davis and another inmate after a fight ensued inside the Clark County Detention Center.

Rochlon Hamilton and Davis engaged in a fight back in December in the common area of their housing unit. Davis is currently awaiting trial for the murder of Tupac Shakur.

Hamilton and Davis face battery by a prisoner and challenges to fight charges.

The grand jury indictment says the defendants, “willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly use force or violence upon the person of another, the defendant, at the time of this offense was a prisoner, by striking him about the body.”

Davis said he was “standing his ground.” Hamilton did not want to speak to officers unless a lawyer was present.
