LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County School District Police and the Board of Trustees have agreed on a new contract.

The Board of School Trustees approved a negotiated agreement with the Police Administrators Association of the Clark County School District.

CCSD now has standing contracts in place with all employee associations through the 2026-2027 school year. Each employee group received about a 10% increase in total salary and benefits.

The contract largely follows the last contract made in 2024.

The new contract raises the overtime to comp time cap to 240, adds pay raises year-over-year, increases cash-out vacation days and boosts the district’s monthly health insurance contribution.

The agreement includes step advancements in 2025-2027.

The district will increase its monthly contribution to the PAA health insurance program by 2%.
