LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A pedestrian was killed after they were hit by a commercial vehicle Monday night, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
LVMPD said at about 8:38 p.m., a pedestrian was found dead on Park Run Drive, a private drive of a business near W. Charleston Boulevard and Town Center Drive. According to police, a pedestrian was crossing a private drive when “a possible commercial vehicle” hit the person.
Police said the commercial vehicle left the scene. The pedestrian, only identified by police as a 64-year-old male, was pronounced dead on scene.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will identify the pedestrian once next of kin is notified.
The crash remains under investigation by LVMPD.
