LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Culinary Union workers voted to ratify a new contract with Fontainebleau late Monday night.
According to the union, hundreds of workers voted to ratify the agreement by 99.6%.
In a post on X, the Culinary Union shared, “Congratulations to Fontainebleau Las Vegas workers & welcome to the union family.”
This news comes as the Culinary Union continues its strike on Virgin Hotels’ off-strip property over ongoing contract disputes. In the past week, Virgin Hotels reiterated its desire to push the dispute to arbitration, but the union has declined.
