LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 is monitoring rain impacts throughout the Las Vegas Valley Thursday amid a winter storm.

Stay up-to-date on weather impacts for NV Energy below. The power service says rain is playing a role in outages and will update FOX5 further if there are any additional causes.

WEATHER: Strong winter storm moves rain, heavy winds, mountain snow move into Las Vegas Valley

12 p.m. – 4,500 customers without power.

Outages are sprinkled throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Outages are as follows:

  • 1 customer – 89030
  • 1 customer – 89032
  • 1 customer – 89101
  • 10 customers -89104
  • 21 customers – 89107
  • 5 customers – 89108
  • 323 customers – 89109
  • 1 customer -89110
  • 2,629 customers – 89119
  • 1 customer – 89123
  • 13 customers -89124
  • 152 customers – 89143
  • 1,260 customers – 89169

NV Energy says they are actively working to restore power for these customers. Officials did not provide any additional causes so far other than rain.
