LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A big development in Downtown Henderson got the green light to resume construction after being delayed by bankruptcy.
The Watermark on Water Street faced a lengthy delay. Representatives of the project say that it’s owner and general partner, Strada Development Group, got off track because of decisions “beyond Strada’s control.”

Construction started again in early January this year.
Strada is a partner with 60 West and is still a 50 percent partner. Officials say it is committed to completing the project.
The project is expected to be complete by April.
