LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A driver was hospitalized Friday morning after crashing into a bus stop in the west valley.
According to Las Vegas Metro Police, two cars crashed in the area of Sahara and Jones, causing one car to redirect into a nearby bus stop and catch fire.
No pedestrians were injured, and no one was at the bus stop, though one driver was transported with minor injuries. Additional details about what caused the crash were not immediately available.
The intersection is currently closed, but police say it should be reopened soon. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
