LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Police’ Search and Rescue responded to Red Rock Canyon after a hiker fell from a boulder.

Las Vegas police responded Saturday to First Creek. According to a social media post, a hiker injured themself falling 10-feet from a boulder.

The hiker injured their neck, back and hip.

The Clark County Fire Department and Las Vegas Fire & Rescue hiked by ground and waited for SAR’s response.

The hiker was transported from a hoist and was transported by an ambulance to a hospital.
