LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Flash floods temporarily closed roads near I-15 and Primm Thursday evening.
RTC announced that the I-15 northbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Primm Boulevard closed due to floods around 5 p.m. The ramps reopened just before 6 p.m.
A flood warning is in effect until 8 p.m., according to the National Weather Service

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada says motorists in the area should expect delays.
