RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The forgery charges against Nevada’s alleged six fake electors will now head to a higher court.

During their preliminary hearings last week, a Carson City judge ruled in favor of the prosecution, highlighting subpoenaed video allegedly showing the defendants signing certificates awarding Nevada’s six electoral votes to now President Trump during the 2020 Presidential election.

Some of the alleged fake electors include Nevada GOP Chairman Michael McDonald, Vice Chair Jim Hindle, and Clark County Chairman Jesse Law.

The six defendants are set to be arraigned in court next Monday. If convicted, they could face between one and four years in prison.
