LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A former football coach has taken been taken into custody for lewdness, Boulder City Police say.
Officials with the Boulder City Police Department said Frank Mariani, 46, has been arrested on three felony counts of lewdness and seven counts of child abuse or neglect. Police said the investigation started in early November 2025 at Boulder City High School.
Police say there were allegations made by several minors against Mariani. Police said the investigation took three months. Police said an arrest warrant was submitted to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office on Dec. 31 last year, and it was approved on Jan. 27.
Police said Mariana was arrested on Wednesday. He was taken to the Clark County Detention Center.
