LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Formula 1 is highlighting more than 100 valley businesses with the new Las Vegas Grand Prix Local Business Network Directory.
In an announcement Tuesday, race officials announced the directory and highlighted how it would connect visiting teams, partners, and business with Southern Nevada vendors. These new relationships could include businesses that provide everything from cleaning services and event production to professional services, security and transportation.
Businesses selected for the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee’s small business program were also invited to be included in the directory.
“Using local businesses for their goods and services has been a priority for the Las Vegas Grand Prix,” said Lori Nelson-Kraft, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs. “The creation of our Local Business Network Directory, allows us to increase our commitment by encouraging race teams and partners from out of the market to utilize local businesses when they descend on Las Vegas for race week.”
