LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Alejandra Boudreaux who is the suspect at the center of a deadly police shooting was indicted by the Clark County grand jury on Thursday.

Alejandra Boudreaux is facing four charges including assault with a deadly weapon, home invasion with a deadly weapon, child abuse, and fourth degree arson.

According to court documents Boudreaux turned the stove burners on and left them open during during the incident in an attempt to start a fire in the home, which led to an additional charge of arson.

Police shot 43-year old Brandon Durham on Nov. 12 as he struggled with Boudreaux during the home invasion.

Durham’s family is calling for the officer involved to be arrested in his fatal shooting.
