LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The two suspects accused of animal cruelty felony crimes connected to the death of Reba the Bulldog have been indicted by a grand jury.
On or around July 25, 2024 the pair allegedly placed the English Bulldog in an bin with a lid and was left outside the extreme summer heat, which caused Reba to have a heat stroke and ultimately die.
Isaac Laushaul Jr. and Markeisha Chanpale Foster are facing facing 3 charges.
Court documents say Isaac Laushaul Jr. Is accused of committing the actions which led to Rebas death. While Markeisha Chanpale Foster observed the acts and failed to help Reba and accompanied Laushaul to the dumpster location where Reba was abandoned.
Clark County DA Steven Wolfson issued their grand jury indictment on Dec. 19.
