LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – It’s that time of the year, Mojave Max will soon emerge from ‘brumation.’
It may be a warmer spring than usual, but he’s currently still hibernating at Spring Preserve.
Clark County is hosting the annual Mojave Max emergence contest, where you can guess when he’ll appear this year.
The person who guesses as closely as possible to the correct day, hour, and minute will win.
Last year, he emerged from his burrow on April 23.
