LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A visitor from Hawaii is now a millionaire after winning a big jackpot in downtown Las Vegas!
The visitor was at the California Hotel & Casino Wednesday celebrating his son’s 21st birthday, according to Boyd Gaming. He was playing IGT’s Wheel of Fortune slots game around 4 a.m. when he got a bonus wheel with three 7′s across the payline.
It meant he turned a $5 wager into a $1,569,632.91 payout.
Boyd Gaming said the guest was in “disbelief” over the jackpot. The winner is remaining anonymous.
