LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Henderson firefighters are responding to an outdoor brush fire near I-11 Tuesday morning.
Multiple crews responded to the fire near I-11 on Sunset Road around 6 a.m. Traffic cameras showed the fire die down briefly before the flames surged again around 6:30 a.m.
Firefighters say the flames are about an acre in size, but pose no threat to surrounding areas. No injuries have been reported.
All lanes are blocked along the ramp from Sunset Road onto southbound I-11 until further notice.
