LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A well-known HGTV star was involved in a fight at a Las Vegas Strip resort last week.
Metro police tell FOX5, Tarek El Moussa, most popular for his home renovation shows, was cited after getting into a “physical altercation” during the early afternoon hours on June 5.
TMZ reports El Moussa was given a battery citation at The Venetian. It is unclear where the fight broke out inside the property.
Police said the fight was between the real estate investor and another man. The details of the encounter were not made immediately available to FOX5.
Tarek’s wife posted on social media about their trip to Sin City. Heather El Moussa wrote on the post, “watched Tarek do his thing on stage.” She was most likely referring to one of his keynote speaking engagements.
El Moussa is best known for his “Flip or Flop” series on HGTV, among other home renovation shows.
