LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Henderson Police Department is responding to an active barricade on Thursday morning.
HPD described the incident as an “open-air barricade” in the area of Sunset Road and Margarita Avenue, and noted that an officer fired shots during the incident. The details of the barricade and the officer-involved shooting were not immediately available.
Officers have not been injured, though the scene is still active.
The public is advised to avoid the area.
