LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Illuminarium, the immersive entertainment venue at AREA15 in Las Vegas, is set to close its doors for good on Friday, March 6, according to their website.

Billed as a place “where you can experience the extraordinary,” Illuminarium uses cutting-edge visual, audio and projection technology to transport guests to different worlds.

The venue has hosted a rotating lineup of immersive shows, including “Wild,” “Lite-Brite,” and “Space,” as well as watch parties for sporting events.

Illuminarium opened in 2022 near Desert Inn Road and Rancho Drive, adding to Las Vegas’ growing roster of high-tech, experience-driven attractions.

The website did not immediately offer details on the reason for the closure or what might replace the venue at the AREA15 complex.
