LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Boulder City police have recaptured an inmate who walked away from a work site earlier this year.
On Sunday morning, officers with the Boulder City Police Department conducted a traffic stop on I-11 and discovered the inmate, Oliver Zamora, in the passenger seat.
Zamora walked away from a work crew in Boulder City in April while serving a sentence for Transport of a Controlled Substance with the Nevada Department of Corrections.
He was immediately taken back into custody and handed over to Nevada State Police.
