The arrest report states that Odom was observed maintaining his speed, moving lanes without signaling, and signaling in both directions without switching lanes.
Police say that when Odom stopped the vehicle, officers noted that he and his passenger had bloodshot, watery eyes and a “significant odor of Marijuana” came from the car.
Odom told officers he was on the phone with his manager at the time. The report states he later failed a sobriety test.
Odom is currently facing a DUI charge and two traffic violations, including driving more than 41 miles per hour over the limit and improper lane change.
The former NBA player is due back in court in July.
