LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Carter, the Las Vegas boy who was not able to close his eyes because of a skin condition, has been making strides in his recovery since his surgery.
One year ago, FOX5 followed Carter to San Diego as he went through skin graft surgery on his eyes. The extensive procedure was made possible with the help of FOX5 viewers who did not hesitate to help with his medical bills.
