LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Good Deed Project, a nonprofit organization, stopped by the impound to pick up Mr. Deeds from the impound.

FOX5 reported on the stolen dog earlier this week.

The Good Deed Project has recovered their mascot “Mr. Deeds,” and is now turning their attention to finding whoever stole it(FOX5 Media)

He is now back home at the organization’s building this afternoon.

We caught up with the nonprofit today as they picked Mr. Deeds up. Organization staff shared how shocking these events have been.

“Never in the million years would I have thought our 700-pound dog. I mean just the logistics; you see, he’s been hanging from a crane just to maneuver the size and the weight of the dog.” said Mandy Telleria, executive director of the Good Deed Project.

No arrests have been made in connection to the theft.

Metro police are still looking for the people who did it.
