LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Court documents reveal new details in the moments leading up to and following a deadly shooting in Las Vegas.

On De. 8 around 4:48 p.m. LVMPD officers responded to a shooting and found two victims suffering gunshot wounds.

The driver, later identified as Nadia Dickerson, was shot in the head and neck. The passenger, identified as Jermonte Dickerson, was shot in the head and left shoulder.

According to the arrest report Nadia died on the scene, Jermonte was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries.

Witness statements revealed 3 – 5 suspects simultaneously surrounded the victim’s grey 2019 Dodge Charger.

A female suspect approached the driver’s door moments before the shooting occurred.

According to the report someone could be heard yelling “give it up,” or something of that regard.

Video surveillance revealed the female was wearing a red and white hooded sweatshirt, seen walking toward the crime scene with another male before the shooting happened.

Jermonte’s phone was reviewed by police. Detectives found in Jermonte’s Instagram a conversation with another individual discussing the purchase of a gun.

Jermonte told police he was purchasing the gun for $1,000 and Nadia drove him there to do so.

Police reported once the suspects received the money the began shooting their guns into the Dodge Charger as Nadia and Jermonte tried to drive away.

LVMPD detectives used social media and facial recognition to identify Alexandria Burks and Donta Allen.

Police reported photos that were sent to another person was identified as Washington. Detectives discovered videos of the pair talking about the gun, impersonating the act of a shooting, and posed with money that is believed to have been Jermonte’s.

According to the arrest report following the murder Allen and Washington were planning another robbery, where Allen expressed, he just wanted to shoot and referred to a previous experience. Police believe this reference was to the night he shot Jermonte and killed Nadia.

Allen was arrested on Jan. 27.

Police say Allen initially denied being involved in the robbery and then later admitted to his involvement. Allen claimed multiple others were planning to split the money with him.

Allen would not reveal the names of the others involved.

Donta Allen is set to appear in court on Mach. 5.
