LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection to a deadly southwest valley parking lot shooting.

Anjele McCullough was taken into custody on Monday, after police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds in the 3600 block of South Jones Boulevard.

Both men were taken to a nearby hospital, where one of the men later died.

An initial investigation found that a group of people were involved in a fight in the parking lot when one suspect – later identified as McCullough – produced a gun and opened fire.

McCullough is facing charges of open murder with a deadly weapon and has been booked into Clark County Detention Center.

He is due in court on Thursday, Feb. 13.
