LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are asking for any information into a deadly I-15 shooting that killed a 30-year-old man.

Police said Darin Algee was fatally shot Aug. 8 on I-15 southbound around 8:30 p.m. He was driving an Audi in the fast lane between the Spring Mountain road on-ramp and the Flamingo Road off-ramp.

Police said Algee had his 4-year-old son and wife, 32 in the car. Both were not injured. Their vehicle crashed into the center median.

Police are asking for anyone who remembers seeing the victim’s vehicle before the shooting or any suspicious activity that could lead to an arrest or identification of the suspect.

The homicide investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle was driving in the HOV lane on I-15 southbound on the left side of the victim’s vehicle. Police also said Algee’s car entered the 15 from Martin Luther King near the I-11 interchange.
