
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating a deadly stabbing near the Historic Westside early Monday morning.
Police said one person died. He was knocking on an apartment door asking for help near MLK and Lake Mead boulevards.
Officers arrived and found him suffering from a stab wound. Medical transported him to UMC where he would later die.
Officers at the scene found a blood trail and followed it to a sidewalk on the south side of Lake Mead Boulevard. Homicide detectives were alerted and have taken over the investigation.
The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be obtained through the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
