LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metro Police are assisting the coroner’s office with the discovery of a body near the airport.
LVMPD report, officers responded to the area of South Las Vegas Boulevard and Dewey Drive around 7:03 a.m. after a body was found inside a tunnel.
Police add that nothing appears suspicious about the person’s death at this time. Though it remains unclear how they died.
The public is advised to avoid the area while the investigation is underway.
