LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are looking to identify a man who was found dead on the side of the interstate this weekend.
LVMPD said they received a report about a body on the side of southbound I-15 near Hidden Valley Road around 7:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6. The man was found near the off-ramp suffering from “apparent trauma” and gunshot wounds, police said.
Police have released a sketch of the man in hopes that the public may be able to identify him.
The victim was described as a white man, 5′8″, 165 lbs with short brown and gray hair and a mustache with a small beard. He was wearing the following clothing:
- Bayside heavyweight orange long-sleeved shirt, size large
- Hanes gray t-shirt, size large
- Dickies gray pants, size 36 x 30 with a black belt
- George gray boxer briefs
- Force Extremes blue socks
- Keen Footwear brown and black hiking shoes, size 11.5
