LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Metro Police is reminding the Valley about it’s policies on immigration enforcement.
In their statement posted to X, they said in part “officers will not stop and question, detain, arrest or place an immigration hold on any individuals on the grounds that they are an undocumented immigrant.”
Metro says it will notify ICE if someone who is foreign born is arrested and charged with a violent felony, domestic violence andor a DUI.
