LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police spent more than five hours in a west valley neighborhood.

Officers were working to get someone barricade inside a home.

It started around 9:48 a.m. in the 5100 block of Lamarjon Court near Lake Mead and Decatur.

Police say officers were looking for a wanted person who backed into a home and refused to comply.

After five hours with a SWAT team, that person was taken into custody around 3 p.m.
