LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Las Vegas shelter announced a special holiday foster promotion.
The Animal Foundation said from Tuesday to Christmas Eve, families can pick up a dog six months, 35 pounds or more to take home for a holiday foundation.
Fosters are asked to commit through at least Christmas. The shelter says they will provide food and other available supplies for the dog during the foster period.
If the foster family chooses to adopt the pet or helps find an adopter, adoption fees will be waived.
“Fostering brings love to your home and can offer a shelter dog the holiday they deserve,” said Hilarie Grey, CEO of The Animal Foundation. “If you have room for a special guest, there are wonderful dogs in our shelter who would love to snuggle up with you and your family.”
