LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Little League baseball team from Las Vegas won its first World Series game Wednesday and is advancing to Friday’s game.
The Summerlin South won 16-1 against Illinois and is advancing to play against the Northwest region Friday at 3 p.m.
On Friday, the team won their Mountain Region championship, defeating Lone Peak from Utah.
The team is undefeated in the tournament.
