LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting on I-15 at Washington Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to reports of the shooting around 5:30 a.m. at southbound I-15 and Washington. Additional details about the incident were not immediately available.
Nevada State Police have temporarily shut down nearby southbound I-15 lanes, and are diverting traffic onto Lake Mead Boulevard. Traffic appears to be at a standstill in the area.
The public is advised to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
